purchase will come with a tracking number from UPS or FedEx. You

How do I return my product?
All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number
(RMA#). If you wish to return an item, please indicate the reason
you are returning your product, and send your request

When
sending back your return, please include a copy of your invoice
with the return, write the RMA#. number on the outside of the
package and include a short note explaining the reason for your
return. All merchandise should be returned to us fully insured.
For your security, all returns are opened in the presence of two
jewelry receivers who verify the contents upon their arrival. We
can only refund merchandise that is received back within 30 days
of the invoice date and is in new, resalable condition without any
scratches, nicks or marks. Refunds for orders paid by credit card
can only be refunded to original credit card account. Refunds for
orders paid by check, money-order or wire transfer will be
refunded by check.
How much is my shipping charges?
You can choose what type of shipping you would like. The shipping
prices vary, depending on which method and carrier you choose.
When you checkout your order, you will be asked to choose the
method of your choice, and the price of shipping will be
calculated for each method. All orders over $100 will receive free
UPS ground shipping.Clause: Apart from
shipping charges, the customer is responsible for all duties and
import taxes. Duties and import taxes are only applicable to
certain countries. If incurred the duties/import taxes billing
would be delivered by our carriers, FedEx or UPS either on the day
of the package to be sent to the customer or in a few weeks thereafter.

When will I receive my shipment?
While we are committed to shipping
orders within 1-2 business days, most orders are actually shipped
the same day that you place your order. Order by 2PM PST on any
weekday and in most cases your order will be shipped the same day.
Special order items, custom engagement rings, personalized items,
and some watches are shipped within one to three business days.
Custom order items will have the expected shipping time listed in
the description of that item. Though rarely a concern, when an
item is out of stock you will be notified by e-mail of the
expected delivery date. All orders are shipped fully insured and
are packaged and checked in the presence of two employees. If
there are any shortages, or if you feel that your package was
tampered with, please call our friendly customer service staff. It
is important that you save all original packaging materials in
order for us to speedily process your claim.
All merchandise is fully
insured at no additional cost to the customer. Shipments are
F.O.B. our Distribution Center, USA. Taxes, duty and import fees
are solely the responsibility of the customer.
An 8.25% sales tax will be added to orders shipped to California
State.

Yes, we ship internationally. But, we'd like to stress that all
delivery to physical addresses only as our shipping carrier Do Not

We want you to be completely satisfied with your shopping experience

Hence, we offer a 30-day Money-back Guarantee from the date of purchase.
Please read the details below:
All items need to be received by VibrantJewelry.com within 14 days
of the issuance of the RMA number.
1. Upon receipt of the item, if you are not happy with your
purchase and/or received your item with a defect and/or scratches,
please email us within the next 48 hours to obtain a return/exchange
authorization number (RMA#). An RMA# will no longer be valid after
the 30 days period.
(Sorry, we cannot refund freight, gift-wrapping, special order and
final sale merchandise or items with personalized inscriptions.)
2. Return the items in the original
box with all original packing material.
3. For your own protection, you
may wish to insure the item you are returning. If you choose not
to insure and we do not receive the item - the liability is yours.
4 A re-stocking fee of 3% or
US$15 (which ever is higher based on the cost of the item) plus
shipping charges for returns/exchange of items will be incurred
to cover our expenses.
5. If you think you may want
to return your item, do not wear it. It is almost impossible to
wear a jewelry item (for even short periods) without scratching or blemishing
it in some way. If your returned item shows signs of being worn,
we will be unable to refund your money as we do not sell used
jewelry.
6. If you think you may want
to return your item, do not have any of the links removed
have it custom sized. Sized bracelets are not accepted for return.
7. Any item classified under "Special orders" is not
returnable or exchangeable upon purchase. If an item is received
in an imperfect condition, you may email us for the issuance of
a RMA on the exchange/return.
8. After confirmation of shipping details, all items are insured
before shipping out to customers.

of time, VibrantJewelry.com, at its discretion, will either repair
